Hosting Your Beverage Burro
We’re so excited to be part of your special day! When you book Harvestlore Beverage Burros, our team arrives with a trained handler who remains with the burro at all times to ensure a safe, smooth, and stress-free experience. Your burro will be gently guided throughout your event to serve drinks, carry favors, or make appearances during cocktail hour and photos—creating a memorable guest experience everyone will love.
We provide everything needed for service, including rustic wooden packs or baskets, full setup and breakdown of equipment, and a discreet waste collection system used at all times to keep your venue clean and well-maintained. We take care of any incidental mess so you can simply enjoy your event.
To help everything run smoothly, we just ask that you provide a designated parking and unloading area for our trailer, safe and accessible walking space for the burro, a backup plan for covered shelter in case of rain, and access to water for refilling the burro’s bucket. Calm, open spaces work best, and we always coordinate with your venue ahead of time to ensure all animal policies are respected. Our goal is to make the experience seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable for you and your guests.
